1Agreeing to these terms
These terms are between you and Sybago LLC ("we", "us"), and they cover this website, the Peps by Dave community, and any material we publish. By using the site or joining the community you accept them. If you do not, please do not use either.
You must be at least 18 to join.
2What Peps by Dave is
Peps by Dave is an educational community about peptide research. We publish written and video material, and we host a private discussion space on Skool.
What we are not, and do not do:
- We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, clinic or laboratory.
- We do not sell, supply, source, import or ship peptides or any other substance.
- We do not provide dosing, administration or protocol guidance.
- We do not prescribe, diagnose or treat anything.
3Not medical advice
Everything we publish is general information. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.
Never start, stop or change anything you are taking because of something you read here or in the community. Speak to your doctor first. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Many peptides are not approved for human use in most jurisdictions and are sold for laboratory research only. Establishing what is lawful where you live is your responsibility, not ours.
4Membership
The community is hosted on Skool, and membership is managed there. Whatever terms apply to joining — including any charges, renewal and cancellation — are shown to you on Skool at the point you join, and Skool's own terms apply to that alongside these.
- You can leave at any time from your Skool account.
- Where a charge applies, billing and refunds are handled by Skool under the terms shown to you when you joined.
5How to behave
Inside the community, please do not:
- Give or request dosing, protocol or administration instructions.
- Offer to sell, buy or source substances, or advertise vendors.
- Present yourself as a clinician, or give what amounts to medical advice.
- Share other members' posts or personal details outside the community.
- Post anything unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone's rights.
We may remove content or end a membership that breaks these rules.
6Who owns what
The material we publish — text, video, graphics and course content — belongs to us or our licensors. Your membership buys you personal access to it, not ownership. Please do not copy, resell, republish or feed it into a training set without written permission.
What you post in the community remains yours. By posting it you give us permission to display it within the community and to keep it there for other members.
7Our social media publishing
We publish short-form video to our own social media accounts — including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube — and we use an internal publishing tool we operate to do it. It exists so one finished video can be posted to several of our own accounts without doing it by hand four times.
How that tool works, plainly:
- It publishes only to accounts we own and have personally connected. It never posts to a member's account, and it is not offered to members as a service.
- It publishes only content we have created and uploaded ourselves. It does not repost, scrape or redistribute anyone else's material.
- Each account is connected through that platform's own official authorisation flow, by the person who holds the account. That authorisation can be withdrawn at any time from the platform's own settings.
- Before anything is published, the person operating the tool chooses the audience and declares whether the post is commercial. Nothing is posted automatically or on a schedule without a person pressing publish.
- Drafting help: to write a caption for each platform, still frames from the video and any notes we type are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. A person reviews and edits every caption before it is used.
When we publish to those platforms we are also bound by their rules, including each platform's community guidelines and, on TikTok, its Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation. Where a post is promotional or a paid partnership, we disclose it using the platform's own labelling.
Anything we post on social media is subject to the same disclaimer as the rest of our material: it is education, not medical advice. See section 3.
How that tool handles data — including the access tokens for our own accounts — is described in our Privacy Policy.
8Third-party platforms
We rely on services we do not control — Skool for the community, Stripe for payments, and the social platforms above. Their terms apply to your use of them alongside ours, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or content. Links we publish to other sites are not endorsements.
9Disclaimers
The site and the community are provided "as is". We take real care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error — research moves, and some of what is written today will be revised later. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
10Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with these terms is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11Ending your membership
You can leave at any time through Skool. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we have to stop operating the community — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and stop any charges.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and if a change materially affects you we will say so in the community rather than leaving you to notice.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts of the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
